QuickBooks Manager

Alif Uz Corp is an American transportation and logistics company providing freight transportation services across the United States. The company is focused on operational excellence, brand development, and continuous growth in both the U.S. and international markets.

We are looking for a skilled QuickBooks Manager to take full control of financial operations within the QuickBooks system. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial tracking, reporting, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports;
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity;
• Reconcile accounts and support month-end closing activities;
• Work with QuickBooks Online (QBO) for daily accounting operations;
• Prepare reports and financial analyses for management;
• Collaborate with internal teams to support financial processes.

Key Requirements:

• At least 1 year of accounting experience;
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO);
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
• English communication skills (written and spoken);
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ACCA F3 and/or F7 certification (preferred).

Working Conditions:

• Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST;
• Salary: $300–$1,000 (depending on experience and qualifications);

Working hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Uzbekistan Time)
