Buka Sportswear, a leading foreign garment manufacturing company in Uzbekistan and a proud branch of the global corporation Youngone Corporation, is expanding its team.

We are an internationally driven, fast-growing company offering a stable career in a dynamic and professional environment. We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Product Development Manager to join our team in the Tashkent office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Development & Costing: Participate in product development processes and perform accurate product costing (calculation of manufacturing costs and pricing).

  • Product Promotion: Actively promote the company’s apparel and garment products to B2B clients and international markets.

  • Exhibitions & Trade Shows: Represent the company at local and international textile exhibitions, trade shows, and business events.

  • Project Management: Develop, manage, and execute sales projects from initial concept to final delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, product development, or account management. Experience in the textile/garment industry is highly preferred.

  • Languages: Fluency in English and Russian (both written and spoken) is mandatory for communication with global clients and corporate management. Knowledge of Uzbek is a plus.

  • Education: Higher education degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent).

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with proven experience handling and working with large datasets (data analysis).

  • Tech Savvy: Confident PC user (advanced MS Excel for costing, PowerPoint for presentations, and email).
