Working Hours: San Francisco (PST/PDT) business hours

Compensation: $2,000 USD base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $4,000–$5,000+/month)

About the Company

We are a fast-growing US-based SaaS company with approximately $3M in annual revenue. Our software helps retail businesses increase sales, optimize operations, and drive revenue growth.

We're looking for an experienced Account Executive who thrives in a consultative sales environment and enjoys closing high-value B2B deals.

About the Role

This is not an SDR position.

You won't be responsible for cold calling or prospecting. Qualified meetings are scheduled for you. Your primary responsibility is to lead discovery calls, demonstrate value, handle objections, negotiate, and close new business.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales meetings with qualified prospects.
  • Understand customer needs and business challenges.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Manage the sales process from discovery through contract signature.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, Closer, or B2B Sales Executive.
  • Proven track record of closing SaaS or technology deals.
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1 level or higher).
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Willingness to work during San Francisco business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling SaaS solutions to US-based customers.
  • Experience in retail technology, software, or enterprise sales.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or SPIN Selling.
