Remote HVAC Sales & Customer Support Manager

Green Ductors is seeking motivated and reliable HVAC Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while gaining hands-on experience and developing technical skills.

You will communicate with English-speaking customers, handle warm inbound leads, make follow-ups, answer questions about services and pricing, schedule appointments, upsell services, coordinate with technicians, and keep records updated in CRM / internal tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and basic repairs
• Work alongside experienced technicians on residential and commercial projects
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Support daily operations and contribute to team efficiency
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and field experience

Must-have requirements:

• Fluent Russian.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher, with a strong desire to improve.
• Comfortable speaking with US customers by phone.
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, call center, scheduling, or similar role.
• Ability to work 11 AM – 8 PM EST.
• Good internet connection, quiet workplace, and headset.
• Organized, reliable, and comfortable working remotely.

Compensation:
$1,200/month start.
After ~30 days internship/probation, raise to $1,300/month.
After ~90 days, potential raise to $1,500/month.
Bonus possible for improving sales scripts and helping develop the price list matrix.

Schedule:
11 AM – 8 PM EST.
