Export Development Manager for the US Logistics Industry

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and sales-oriented professional to lead the development of export services within the logistics industry and attract international logistics companies to establish outsourcing operations in Uzbekistan.

This position is ideal for someone passionate about logistics, outsourcing, and international business development, who is eager to promote Uzbekistan as a strategic destination for global logistics and back-office operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the US trucking and logistics industry

• Strong understanding of the outsourcing and BPO industry

• Fluent English and Russian language skills; Uzbek is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

• Experience in sales, business development, partnership management, or negotiations

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple international stakeholders

• Willingness to travel internationally for conferences, exhibitions, and B2B meetings

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with logistics and outsourcing companies worldwide

• Conduct online and in-person meetings to promote Uzbekistan as a regional outsourcing hub

• Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key industry stakeholders

• Represent Uzbekistan at international logistics, outsourcing, and business events

• Collaborate with government institutions and private sector partners to support company onboarding and expansion

• Monitor global trends in logistics outsourcing and adapt attraction strategies accordingly

• Contribute to the growth of Uzbekistan’s logistics outsourcing ecosystem

Nice to Have

• Existing network within the logistics, outsourcing, or BPO industry

• Knowledge of investment incentives, IT Park benefits, and business establishment procedures in Uzbekistan

• Experience working with international companies or market-entry projects
