Responsibilities:
- Operation Leadership
- Develop, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments
- Conduct regular property inspections and operational audits
- Financial Performance & Revenue Management
- Monitor and drive key performance indicators: Occupancy Rate, ADR, RevPAR, GOP
- Own the cluster-level P&L, budgeting, and forecasting across all properties
- Guest Experience & Quality
- Implement service recovery frameworks and empower front-line teams
- People Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead, coach, and develop Property Directors and department heads across the cluster
- Conduct regular 1-on-1s, performance reviews, and Director development sessions
- Strategic Growth & Expansion
- Lead pre-opening planning and onboarding processes for new properties
- Proven experience within the Accor ecosystem (Ibis, Ibis Styles, Ibis Budget or equivalent economy/midscale brands)
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager in an international hotel brand
- Proficiency in Russian (widely spoken in Uzbekistan and across the team)
- Fluency in English (working language of the role)
- Strong command of hotel financial management: P&L, budgeting, RevPAR, ADR
- Full-Time, Permanent position, based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan
