Owns the structure, governance, and lifecycle of agreements supporting the charging network’s real estate and partnership portfolio.
Translates commercial intent into clear contractual frameworks that protect operational flexibility, access rights, and long-term asset performance.
Standardizes templates to promote consistency while accommodating local requirements when necessary.
Evaluates liability exposure, termination clauses, exclusivity terms, and expansion rights to safeguard investments.
Works closely with Legal, Acquisition, Deployment, and Service teams to ensure contracts remain operationally executable.
Maintains oversight of key dates, amendments, and compliance obligations across the portfolio.
By institutionalizing disciplined contract practices, this role minimizes risk, reduces dispute potential, and ensures partnerships remain aligned with the organization's infrastructure operating model.
Requirements:
Higher education in Law, Business Administration, Contract Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of professional experience in contract management, legal support, commercial agreements, or a similar area.
Professional certification in Contract Management or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.
Strong knowledge of contract lifecycle management, risk assessment, and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand and analyze non contractual project aspects, including design, budgeting, scheduling, construction, and operational requirements, in order to provide effective contractual support.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Native or near-native proficiency in Russian or Uzbek; knowledge of both languages is highly desirable.
