About the Company
Alif Uz Corp is a fast-growing American transportation and logistics company providing freight transportation services across the United States. We are committed to operational excellence, financial stability, and continuous growth. We are looking for a skilled Risk Manager to help strengthen our financial operations and support strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess financial risks related to business operations;
- Monitor accounts receivable and evaluate customer creditworthiness;
- Cooperate with factoring companies and financial institutions;
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies;
- Review financial data and prepare analytical reports;
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance indicators;
- Support management in making informed financial decisions;
- Maintain strong relationships with financial partners and service providers;
- Work with RTS and other factoring platforms;
- Utilize Data Truck and other operational systems when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Knowledge of credit analysis, risk assessment, and financial reporting;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets;
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
- Russian language skills are an advantage;
- Leadership skills and ability to work independently;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in risk management, finance, banking, or related fields.
Work Schedule
- Full-time position;
- 6/1 Main Shift (18:00-03:00).
