- Strategic & Financial Planning: Management of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning (3–5 years). Consolidation of plans across all business units. Analysis of "actual/plan/forecast" variances.
- Management Reporting & Analytics: Development and maintenance of management reporting, KPI dashboards for owners and the Board of Directors. Standardization of formats across the group.
- Cost Control: Analysis of cost structure, identification of deviations and change drivers. Control of production costs and support for period-end closing.
- Profitability Analysis: Assessment of the profitability of products, clients, and business units. Support for Revenue Growth Management (RGM) initiatives and price discipline control.
- Investment Analysis: Preparation of financial models and business cases for investment projects. Conducting financial expertise.
- Automation: Development of analytical tools (Power BI, Power Query), automation of reporting, participation in ERP/BI system implementation projects.
- Team Management: Leadership of the GCC team, task setting, and development of planning methodology and standards.
- Stakeholder Interaction: Effective communication with Heads of Production, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics.
Our Expectations:
- Experience: 8+ years in FP&A, Controlling, or Finance Business Partnering. Proven experience in manufacturing/production companies is mandatory.
- Management: Confirmed experience in managing a team (3-5+ people).
- Skills: Advanced Excel, confident use of Power BI and Power Query. Experience with 1C. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus.
- Education: Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
- Languages: English — C1 (Advanced), Russian — C2.
- Personal Qualities: Systemic thinking, ability to build processes from scratch, presentation skills, and the ability to defend ideas in front of management.
