About the Role

IT Park Uzbekistan is establishing a new division focused on helping startups and technology companies successfully expand into international markets.

As the Head of Global Market Readiness Division, you will build and lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for assessing products, identifying attractive foreign markets, and evaluating companies’ readiness for international growth.

This role combines strategy, market intelligence, ecosystem development, and leadership. Your work will directly influence how technology companies from Uzbekistan approach global expansion and compete internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Global Market Readiness Division.
• Design and continuously improve assessment frameworks, methodologies, and evaluation criteria.
• Oversee market research, product assessments, and scalability evaluations.
• Lead a team of analysts and specialists, ensuring high-quality and actionable recommendations.
• Identify market opportunities and international growth pathways for startups and IT companies.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Collaborate with founders, industry experts, investors, and international partners.
• Drive the development of a structured approach to international market readiness across the ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, market intelligence, product strategy, venture building, business development, or related fields.
• Experience leading teams or managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of international markets, go-to-market strategies, and business growth.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex findings into practical business recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in English.
