Procurement Manager

IP PORTAKAL is a reliable company engaged in foreign economic activity and the supply of household appliances and electronics. We are continuously expanding our international partnerships and are looking for a qualified professional to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct negotiations and business correspondence with international partners (China, Europe, and other countries);
• Prepare, negotiate, and manage foreign trade contracts;
• Monitor shipments and logistics processes;
• Prepare documentation for customs clearance and product certification;
• Coordinate with logistics companies, suppliers, and partners.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Chinese language is an advantage;
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher;
• At least 3 years of experience in foreign economic activity, international trade, or logistics;
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills;
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
