Chief Specialist – Research Department

Responsibilities:

Coordination and monitoring of research activities and grant projects

Support in developing research and innovation strategies

Ensuring compliance with research regulations and ethics standards

Preparation of analytical reports and official documentation

Assisting in research budgeting and funding proposals

Cooperation with government bodies, research institutions, and partners

Participation in conferences, seminars, and official meetings

Monitoring research performance indicators and effectiveness

Requirements:

Higher education degree (Master’s required, PhD preferred)

Experience in research administration or higher education

Knowledge of education and research legislation

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Good command of English (Russian is an advantage)

Proficiency in MS Office and ICT tools
