Position Overview
This position is responsible for coordinating the activities of the IT Park Uzbekistan Representative Office in Berlin, supporting international projects in Germany and European Union countries from the headquarters in Tashkent, as well as organizing international visits, business events, and ensuring the execution of agreements and action items.
The role focuses on coordinating processes between the headquarters and the overseas representative office, providing organizational support for international activities, and ensuring effective implementation of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily interaction with the IT Park Uzbekistan Representative Office in Berlin.
- Monitor the execution of tasks and assignments between the headquarters and the representative office.
- Coordinate the preparation of international visits, business missions, and official delegations to Germany and European Union countries.
- Organize and support business events, forums, conferences, roadshows, and meetings with international partners.
- Prepare visit agendas, meeting schedules, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal IT Park departments in the preparation of international events and visits.
- Coordinate the preparation of presentations, briefing materials, analytical notes, and other supporting documentation.
- Prepare analytical reports and materials for management.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and timely preparation of the required documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international cooperation, international projects, external relations, or project coordination.
- Fluent German language proficiency (C1/C2 level) — mandatory.
- English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
- Excellent command of Russian and Uzbek languages.
- Experience working with government institutions, quasi-government organizations, or international organizations.
- Strong business correspondence, analytical writing, presentation preparation, and briefing document development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with Germany or European Union countries.
- Experience organizing international events, forums, and business missions.
- Experience in IT, digital technologies, service exports, or innovation ecosystems.
- Experience participating in international projects or development programs.
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
- Understanding of government institutions and international organizations.
