International Scaling Readiness Specialist

About the Role

As an International Scaling Readiness Specialist, you will evaluate whether startups and technology companies are prepared to successfully expand beyond their home market.

You will assess business maturity, product readiness, operational capabilities, and growth indicators to help determine when and where companies should scale internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate companies’ readiness for international expansion.
• Assess product maturity, traction, business performance, and growth indicators.
• Analyze operational capabilities and scalability potential.
• Identify critical risks, bottlenecks, and readiness gaps.
• Develop and apply assessment frameworks and scoring methodologies.
• Prepare recommendations regarding expansion priorities and next steps.
• Work closely with market and product assessment teams to deliver holistic evaluations.

Requirements

• Experience in consulting, venture building, startup ecosystems, strategy, business analysis, or growth operations.
• Strong understanding of startup development and scaling challenges.
• Ability to assess business performance and growth potential.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience working with technology companies is highly preferred.
• Professional proficiency in English.
