Position Overview
This position involves practical work in developing international cooperation, maintaining relationships with international partners, and supporting international visits, agreements, and other global initiatives.
The role is focused on execution and analytical support within international projects, as well as coordinating processes related to international engagement and cooperation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with assigned international partners, including embassies, technology parks, associations, accelerators, foundations, and other organizations.
- Maintain and update partner information, including contact details, areas of cooperation, and the current status of engagement.
- Prepare the substantive content for international visits, meetings, delegations, and events.
- Develop visit agendas, meeting schedules, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal IT Park departments in the preparation and implementation of international projects, visits, and events.
- Draft memorandums of understanding, cooperation agreements, official letters, and other related documentation.
- Manage and monitor international documentation, ensuring timely preparation, processing, and updates.
- Record and track agreements and action items resulting from meetings and official visits.
- Prepare analytical materials, briefing notes, reports, and presentations for management.
Requirements
- Higher education degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in international cooperation, international projects, external relations, or project coordination.
- Experience working with government institutions, quasi-government organizations, or international organizations.
- English proficiency at C1 level (mandatory).
- Excellent command of Russian and Uzbek languages.
- Experience preparing, managing, and maintaining official, contractual, and international documentation.
- Strong business correspondence, analytical writing, briefing document preparation, and presentation development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
- Excellent intercultural communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages.
- Experience in IT, digital technologies, service exports, or innovation ecosystems.
- Experience participating in international projects or programs.
- Understanding of government institutions and international organizations.
- Experience organizing international events, forums, or business missions.
