We are looking for a Sociologist Researcher who will contribute to research projects, survey design, and data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making and the preparation of analytical materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop research methodologies and survey frameworks.
- Design questionnaires, surveys, interview guides, and other research instruments.
- Organize and conduct quantitative and qualitative research studies.
- Collect, process, and systematize primary and secondary data.
- Analyze data and identify correlations between key indicators.
- Interpret research findings, identify trends, patterns, and influencing factors.
- Prepare analytical briefs, reports, presentations, and recommendations based on research outcomes.
- Monitor socio-economic and industry-specific indicators.
- Contribute to the development of recommendations for improving programs, projects, and organizational processes based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sociology, Statistics, Economics, Political Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in conducting sociological research and developing survey instruments.
- Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.
- Experience in data analysis and preparation of analytical reports.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of SPSS, Stata, R, Python, or other analytical tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Strong report-writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a high level of responsibility.
- English language proficiency sufficient for working with professional literature, research papers, and international reports.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in research centers, consulting firms, analytical departments, or international organizations.
- Experience conducting research in technology, innovation, education, entrepreneurship, or related sectors.
