We are looking for a talented Collection Reporting Team Lead to join the team.
Your Role in the Team
- Own the regular collection reporting function end-to-end — monthly reports, BI dashboards, and the data marts that feed them;
- Act as the single point of ownership for collection reporting — set priorities, review deliverables, and mentor analysts contributing to the reporting backlog;
- Define, document, and enforce metric definitions and reporting standards so that collection numbers stay consistent across all reports and teams;
- Automate recurring data preparation and quality checks (Python) to eliminate manual and ad-hoc reporting.
The Skills Needed to Join Us
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics or BI/reporting in the banking sector, ideally collections;
- Strong proficiency in SQL across large data warehouses (StarRocks, MS SQL Server / T-SQL), including multi-CTE queries, joins, deduplication, and performance tuning;
- Hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards;
- Proven ability to own deliverables independently, set reporting standards, and sustain a reliable recurring cadence;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly to stakeholders across various levels of the organization;
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; collections / credit risk domain knowledge is a strong plus.
