About the Role
We are looking for a talented and ambitious Recruiter who will be responsible for hiring office-based employees and will become a key partner to the HR Director in developing and strengthening the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for office positions (Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and other departments)
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and hiring requirements
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and proactive outreach
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and fit
- Guide candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Participate in developing and improving HR processes
- Support the HR Director in building HR strategies, policies, and systems
Requirements
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably hiring for office-based roles
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience conducting interviews and evaluating candidates
- Proactive, organized, and self-driven approach
- Strong interest in developing a career in HR beyond recruitment
- Fluent Russian and English communication skills
