Join the team behind Uzbekistan’s fastest-growing IT ecosystem.

IT Park Uzbekistan is looking for a Japanese-speaking business development professional who can help attract Japanese outsourcing and IT companies to Uzbekistan and build long-term international partnerships.

This is not a typical sales role. You will communicate directly with international companies, represent Uzbekistan on the global stage, participate in major conferences and business meetings, and become one of the key people connecting Japan’s outsourcing market with Central Asia’s leading IT hub.

What you’ll do

  • Build relationships with Japanese outsourcing, BPO, and IT companies
  • Conduct negotiations and business meetings in Japanese, English, and Russian
  • Present Uzbekistan and IT Park as a strategic destination for outsourcing and expansion
  • Identify and attract new international partners and clients
  • Represent IT Park Uzbekistan at global conferences, forums, and networking events
  • Work closely with top management, international stakeholders, and ecosystem partners
  • Support international companies during expansion and onboarding processes

We’re looking for someone who

  • Speaks Japanese fluently (this is a must)
  • Is confident in English and Russian
  • Understands business communication and relationship building
  • Has experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or client-facing roles
  • Can independently manage negotiations and international communication
  • Is interested in the global IT and outsourcing industry
  • Is open to international business travel

Big advantage if you have

  • Experience working with Japanese clients or companies
  • Background in outsourcing, BPO, IT services, or tech
  • Existing network in the Japanese market
  • Understanding of international business culture and communication
