Position: Director of Education Abroad Services

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of 4 Education Consultants, providing mentorship and support.

Foster a positive and collaborative team culture to ensure high performance.

Sales Management:

Oversee the sales process, setting and achieving enrollment targets.

Develop and implement sales strategies to attract prospective students.

Admission Process:

Supervise the admission process, ensuring students are guided through university selection and application procedures.

Stay updated on admission requirements and maintain strong relationships with partner universities.

Visa Process Management:

Oversee the visa application process, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

Handle complex visa cases and liaise with embassies and consulates when necessary.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.

Address client concerns and seek feedback for continuous improvement.

Strategy Development:

Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and key performance indicators.

Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field (education, international relations, business, etc.).

Proven leadership experience in the education consultancy sector.

Strong knowledge of the international education system and visa processes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving targets.
