Responsibilities:

- ensures balance between customer service and operational needs;

- continuously offers professional service to guests according to hotel standards;

- responsible for the hotel operation at night;

- reporting to Front Office Manager.

Qualifications:

- university / college degree;

- 2+ years of experience on similar roles in hotels;

- strong leadership skills;

- strong guest service orientation and conflicts resolution skills;

- advanced communications - listening, reading and writing - and interpersonal skills;

- advanced English, strong experience in Opera.
