Property Leasing Manager

We are looking for a Commercial Property Leasing Manager to join our client’s team in the USA

Responsibilities:

• Full transaction management with clients: from first contact to contract signing, including negotiations and presentations of commercial real estate properties.

• Lease relationship management: organizing property showings, advising on lease terms, and participating in the development of the property’s leasing strategy.

• Documentation support: preparing and signing lease agreements, additional agreements, property handover/acceptance acts, and managing the full document flow cycle.

• Financial control: monitoring payments, managing accounts receivable, and indexing rental rates in line with market conditions.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (C1 level)
• Willingness & possibility to work according to US time zone
• Experience as a commercial real estate agent/broker
• Experience with the US market is a plus (please mention this in your comments)
• Good stable internet connection is MANDATORY!

• Format: Fully remote work (work from home, an office, or anywhere in the world)
• Schedule: Full-time, 5/2. Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT-5, New York time)
