KPMG is currently seeking a Business Travel Coordinator to join our Central Services team.
Responsibilities:
- Checking the accuracy and completeness of business trip documentation in the corporate employee booking system.
- Providing guidance to new employees on the usage of the booking system to ensure correct entry of business trips.
- Assisting colleagues with group and long-term accommodation arrangements during business trips to secure favorable conditions (hotels, apartments).
- Assisting colleagues in finding cost-effective tickets for complex itineraries (e.g., Europe, Asia, Africa, America, etc.).
- Making hotel reservations upon request for incoming guests from global KPMG Caspian branches.
- Processing business trip requests.
- Supporting the visa specialist in ticket selection.
- Adding new users to the booking system.
- Assisting in finding short-term and long-term rental apartments.
- Carrying out other assignments given by the travel manager.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
- Skills in gathering and quickly analyzing information.
- High stress tolerance, ability to work in multitasking and time-constrained environments.
- Clear and articulate speech, responsibility, quick learning ability, and a strong desire to work and grow.
- English language proficiency at an upper intermediate level.
