Data Center Solution Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for planning and marketing data center solutions across CIS countries, including prefabricated modular data centers, micro-modules, and containerized data centers;

Engage in technical communication with customers, deeply analyze customer needs, and deliver end-to-end solutions;

Take full ownership of the bidding process, including pre-sales guidance, bid organization, technical proposal development, and commercial negotiations;

Coordinate internal resources and closely collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure project implementation;

Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty;

Track industry trends and collect/analyze market, customer, and competitor information;

Plan and support marketing and branding activities (technical workshops, demo site visits, etc.).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, Renewable Energy, or related fields;

Background in data centers (IDC) or telecommunications industry, with solid understanding of related products and technologies;

Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with a proactive mindset;

Familiar with data center standards in the CIS region; experience in design, construction, or O&M is preferred;

Proven capability in market development, solution design, and project execution;

Fluent in Russian and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing);

Willingness to travel within the CIS region.
