We are looking for a motivated and proactive CNBG Service Solution Manager to join our team in Almaty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers to clarify technical and business requirements
• Support the preparation and presentation of service solutions
• Work closely with internal technical teams and customers
• Analyze customer needs and assist in providing suitable telecom solutions
• Maintain professional communication in English with partners and clients
• Support project coordination and follow-up processes

  Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates are preferred; with relevant experience - advantage
• Basic knowledge of telecom carrier business
• Understanding of Wireless, IP, and Core Network technologies
• Ability to understand customer requirements and support solution design
• Good communication and presentation skills
• English proficiency (written and spoken) is required
• Responsible, fast learner, and team-oriented personality
