YOUR WORK-LIFE OPPORTUNITY:
In the context of “giving users easy access to anything in their city”, Q-commerce (Quick Commerce) is the business unit that aims to provide immediacy to all product needs that a user might have. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for the strategic expansion and growth of the Retail category by identifying, negotiating, and signing new partners across Kazakhstan. This role combines proactive B2B sales, market analysis, and partner management to drive a rapid increase in active partners, contributing directly to market share and revenue growth.
This position is offered under a fixed-term employment contract for 6 months via external provider, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Market Expansion:
Drive expansion across all regions of Kazakhstan by acquiring new retail partners, ensuring maximum geographical and category coverage.
End-to-End Onboarding (Lead to Live):
Own the full partnership lifecycle - from prospecting and initial outreach to commercial negotiations and successful partner launch (“Go-Live”) on the platform.
Pipeline Development & Lead Generation:
Continuously identify and engage high-potential partners, building and maintaining a strong, healthy sales pipeline.
Salesforce Management:
Manage the entire sales funnel within Salesforce, including creating new accounts, maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, and tracking all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
Commercial Negotiation:
Lead contract discussions, define commercial terms, and close deals that align with company growth objectives and partner success.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with operations, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth partner integration and optimal launch performance.

YOU HAVE:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a related commercial role (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to manage the full sales cycle
  • Experience building and managing a sales pipeline, from lead generation to conversion
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to identify opportunities and solve problems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with partners
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Kazakhstan for partner acquisition and meetings
  • Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar is a plus)
  • English: Intermediate level or higher; proficiency in Kazakh is required; additional languages are a plus
