Sales and Marketing Manager

an international company looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager, location Almaty.

The person is responsible for driving the business performance and maintaining the image of the Brands through effective sales and marketing management.

• Ensures the implementation of the sales plan and the achievement of productivity targets.
• Continuously monitors stock levels and takes appropriate corrective actions.
• Oversees merchandising and guarantees high-quality visual presentation of the Brands in stores.
• Prepares price lists and performs pricing analysis.
• Plans and executes marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Produces relevant reports and documentation.
• Leads the team of POS employees, including recruitment, ongoing training, providing feedback, performance evaluation, motivation, and more.
• Builds and maintains strong relationships with Retail Partners, regularly updating them on new initiatives and tracking team performance. Oversees new store openings.
• Conducts competitor analysis and provides actionable recommendations.
• Ensures that all employees working with the Brands comply with brand guidelines and standards.
