Коммерческий директор (CCO/Chief Commercial Officer)

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives.

• Implement and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency (OEE) and reduce waste.

• To create new sales partners and channels

• Manage production scheduling, workforce planning, and capacity utilization.

• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Oversight of inbound and outbound logistics, including relationships with 3PL providers and freight companies.

• Readiness for extensive trips

Requirements:

• Must have: Fluent and confident English at least C1 Level.

• Must have: 4+ years of operational management experience in an FMCG environment.

• Must have: Proven track record of simultaneously managing both production and distribution/warehouse functions.

• Must have: Demonstrable success in improving KPIs (e.g., increased OEE, reduced cost per unit, improved delivery times, lowered inventory levels).

• Strongly preferred: Experience in food, beverage, or perishable goods manufacturing with knowledge of strict hygiene and safety protocols.
