In-house volume planning and budget control: Plan targets, monitor results against plan, manage the budget, and quickly adjust if results do not meet expectations.
Develop and implement marketing plans: Manage a team to create practical product marketing plans and conduct comprehensive implementation (briefings, materials, approvals, implementation, and monitoring).
Market and competitive awareness: Monitor trends and competitors and translate ideas into clear actions to strengthen the company's position and manage the lifecycle of its products.
Work with Global/Headquarters and local stakeholders: Provide clear updates in English and ensure timely completion of agreed tasks; collaborate closely with Sales and other functions to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks.
To facilitate the preparation of the Company's participation in international and Uzbekistan scientific and practical events at the national and regional levels.
Monitor the expenditure of budget funds (A&P) and ensure its compliance with the activity of the marketing department and external service.
Use the necessary "Digital essentials" rules and a system for evaluating the success of digital campaigns developed by the Global Digital team when implementing digital tools.
Identify and analyze new opportunities in the market; recommend and initiate the launch of new products.
Requirements:
Completed education in Marketing, Business administration, or equivalent work experience.
Several years of team management experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.
Proven experience in developing and implementing strategies and campaigns.
Creativity combined with a strategic approach.
Ability to work in a dynamic international environment and lead cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken (Level C1).
