Efes Uzbekistan is a member of Efes Beer Group, a multinational beverage company specializing in the production and sale of beer and non‑alcoholic beverages across Turkey, Eastern Europe, and the CIS. We are looking for a Market Development Supervisor to lead trade marketing execution, drive visibility initiatives, and manage cooler placement across Uzbekistan & Kyrgyzstan. The role focuses on strengthening the brand’s presence in the market, improving execution quality across all channels, and supporting sustainable sales growth through strong distributor collaboration and structured retail activation.
The Market Development Supervisor plays a critical role in delivering high‑quality retail execution, maximizing brand visibility, and ensuring effective implementation of trade marketing and sales development strategies. The role acts as a key link between sales, marketing, distributors, and cross‑functional teams, ensuring consistent execution and data‑driven decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Execute trade marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and support sales growth across Uzbekistan & Kyrgyzstan
- Lead POSM planning and implementation: production, allocation, deployment, and performance tracking
- Manage cooler placement, tracking, and maintenance across On-Trade and Off-Trade channels
- Develop and execute integrated market development plans aligned with channel priorities
- Monitor execution KPIs such as numeric distribution, coverage, visibility standards, and invoicing performance
- Control trade marketing and POSM budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
- Deliver Picture of Success, planograms, and trade execution guidelines; support field capability development
- Conduct retail audits, store checks, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with distributors and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality activation rollout
- Support implementation of motivation programs aligned with commercial priorities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of total professional experience
- 5+ years in trade marketing, sales development, or commercial execution roles
- At least 3 years in FMCG or beverage industry
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C activation mechanics
- Experience working with POSM, visibility tools, and field execution standards
- Budget planning and tracking experience
- Solid knowledge of retail execution principles and category management (preferred)
- Experience working with distributors and regional markets
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Fluent English and Russian
- MS Office proficiency
