1. Must have resources and relationship in Chemical, oil & gas sector.

2. Be familiar with Uzbekistan marketing environment.

3. Ambitious to be a successful businessman.

4. Responsible and Royal to the family and work.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, International Business, Marketing or related majors.

More than 3 years of working experience in the refining, petrochemical or chemical industry, with relevant market development, sales or project management experience preferred.

Familiar with the Uzbekistan market, having in-depth understanding of local industry policies, market rules and business environment; possessing good local connections and resources is a must.

Fluent in English(C1 with certificate) and local language (Uzbek/Russian) in both oral and written communication; proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Passionate and positive work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and execution ability, able to work independently and bear work pressure.

Good communication skills, negotiation skills, team cooperation spirit and problem-solving ability.

Willing to be based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, and accept appropriate business trips within the region.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement market development strategies for the Uzbekistan region, focusing on the refining, petrochemical and chemical industries, to achieve the company's business objectives and market expansion goals.

Conduct in-depth research on the local refining, petrochemical and chemical markets, including market demand, industry trends, policy changes, competitor dynamics and potential business opportunities.

Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with local government departments, industry associations, key customers and partners to expand the company's customer base and business network in Uzbekistan.

Lead the development of new projects and business opportunities in the target market, participate in project negotiation, bidding and contract signing processes to promote project landing.

Coordinate internal and external resources, cooperate with relevant departments of the company to ensure the smooth progress of market development work and project implementation.

Compile market development reports and work summaries regularly, and put forward targeted suggestions and improvement measures based on market changes and work progress.
