Take ownership of guest`s complains, requests or inquires when necessary and resolve the issue within the assigned timeframe promptly and completely;
Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire Team Members to exceed standards;
Ensure Team Members have a current knowledge of all room categories, room rates, packages, promotions, local area and other general product knowledge necessary to perform their duties;
Ensure pre-arrival planning reports and preparations are done properly, guests’ profiles and bookings are set correctly in the system ;
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar or lower position in a 4-5* international chain hotel;
Positive attitude and good communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
Knowledge of PMS OPERA/Fidelio is a must, experience in using of MC Office programs;
