Interlogis Time Critical is an international transport and logistics company operating its own fleet (Renault Master, Iveco Daily, Volvo FH). We provide time-critical deliveries across Europe every day - including France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, and other EU countries.

As we continue to grow, we are strengthening one of our key functions - fleet operations and driver support.

About the Role
We are looking for a strong leader to head our Truck Fleet department and build a highly efficient, structured support system for drivers across Europe.

This is more than an operational role - it’s a high-impact leadership position. You will design processes, implement KPIs, manage the team, and work directly with the company owner based in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and optimize fleet support processes
Lead and manage the team (operators, coordinators, driver support specialists)
Ensure operational support for drivers across Europe (service stations, repairs, spare parts, emergencies)
Implement KPI system and drive team performance
Handle incidents and minimize fleet downtime
Collaborate with European partners, vendors, and internal teams (including Poland)
Drive automation and continuous process improvement

Requirements:
3–5+ years of leadership experience (operations / fleet / logistics / support)
Solid automotive technical knowledge and understanding of vehicle structure and maintenance (trucks, heavy-duty vehicles) – must-have
Hands-on familiarity with vehicles (e.g. driving experience or practical exposure) is highly preferred
Fluent English (daily work in an international environment)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Experience in building or transforming operational processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and make decisions quickly
KPI-driven mindset and performance management experience

Nice to Have:
Experience in transport or logistics companies (not mandatory)
Additional European languages
Experience working with service stations and suppliers
