Requirements:

Responsibilities:
1. Driver Communication (Core Responsibility)
- Answer incoming calls and messages
- Assist drivers with rentals, payments, and outstanding balances
- Send payment reminders (weekly and overdue)
- Monitor tickets and toll charges (E-ZPass)
2. Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain records in Google Sheets / CRM
- Keep driver balances accurate and up to date
- Record all activities (calls, payments, agreements)
3. Status Monitoring
- Track vehicle status (active / inactive)
- Monitor registration and documentation
- Report issues immediately (no delays)
4. Handling Problem Situations
- Review and handle driver complaints
- Resolve basic conflicts
- Escalate complex cases to management
