Promote and support ICT solutions for the transportation industry (ITS, railway, smart transport systems);
Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for customers (e.g., cost reduction, traffic optimization);
Engage with key stakeholders in government and transportation sectors;
Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, and bid support;
Support tender and procurement processes in compliance with local regulations;
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions;
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields;
Strong knowledge of ICT solutions (ITS, railway, smart transport systems);
Experience in transportation sector projects (government, traffic systems, railway companies) or telecom/ICT companies working with public sector clients;
Experience in consulting or digital transformation projects in transportation industry is an advantage;
Understanding of government procurement, tendering processes, and local regulations;
Experience in pre-sales, solution sales, or technical sales;
Ability to prepare technical proposals and participate in bidding processes;
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
Established network with government or enterprise-level stakeholders is a strong advantage;
Strong analytical thinking and business understanding;
Stable professional background (no frequent job changes);
English and Russian — working proficiency (B2 or above); Chinese language is an advantage.
Work Conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
