Vertical Solution Sales Engineer (Transportation Industry)

Duties:

  • Promote and support ICT solutions for the transportation industry (ITS, railway, smart transport systems);
  • Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value for customers (e.g., cost reduction, traffic optimization);
  • Engage with key stakeholders in government and transportation sectors;
  • Participate in pre-sales activities, including solution design, proposal preparation, and bid support;
  • Support tender and procurement processes in compliance with local regulations;
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, IT, Engineering, or related fields;
  • Strong knowledge of ICT solutions (ITS, railway, smart transport systems);
  • Experience in transportation sector projects (government, traffic systems, railway companies) or telecom/ICT companies working with public sector clients;
  • Experience in consulting or digital transformation projects in transportation industry is an advantage;
  • Understanding of government procurement, tendering processes, and local regulations;
  • Experience in pre-sales, solution sales, or technical sales;
  • Ability to prepare technical proposals and participate in bidding processes;
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Established network with government or enterprise-level stakeholders is a strong advantage;
  • Strong analytical thinking and business understanding;
  • Stable professional background (no frequent job changes);
  • English and Russian — working proficiency (B2 or above); Chinese language is an advantage.

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
  • Monthly mobile allowance.
  • Medical insurance.
  • Performance-based bonuses.
