We’re Hiring: Head of Customer Success (SaaS)
We’re looking for a strategic and execution-driven Head of Customer Success to help us scale our SaaS business and build a world-class customer experience.
Today, we serve around 200 active clients in Central Asian countries and are entering our next growth phase — focused on reducing churn, increasing product adoption, and unlocking new revenue streams (including payments integration).
What You’ll Own:
Build and lead the Customer Success function from the ground up
Define and execute strategies to reduce churn and increase retention (NRR)
Drive customer engagement and product usage
Develop scalable onboarding, activation, and expansion playbooks
Partner with Product & Sales to align around customer lifecycle and growth
Lead monetization initiatives such as payment adoption and upsell opportunities
What Success Looks Like:
Reduced churn and improved customer health metrics
Increased product usage and feature adoption
Strong expansion revenue from existing customers
A structured and scalable Customer Success organization
Who You Are:
3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles in SaaS
Proven experience in reducing churn and growing existing accounts
Strong analytical mindset (comfortable working with data & KPIs)
Hands-on operator who can both build strategy and execute
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with CRM tools and customer lifecycle management
Nice to Have:
Experience in fintech/payments or monetization strategies
Background in early-stage or scaling startups
Experience building CS teams from scratch
