Your Background at a Glance:

• 2-3 years of experience working with budgets, financial analysis, or planning

• Understanding of marketing processes (promotions, bonuses, discounts, working with distributors)

• Good command of Excel, knowledge of accounting systems (1C, SAP, etc.) is a plus

• Ability to work with numbers, analyze and find errors

• Responsibility, attentiveness, ability to meet deadlines and prioritize

• Monitoring departmental budget, costing activities and development of budget profiles

• The role is intended to strengthen sales support with a clear focus on tracking and analyzing financial investments

• The candidate will be responsible for monitoring spend efficiency, supporting sales initiatives with data-driven insights, and ensuring alignment between plan budgets and actual performance.

• Design effective budget models for department
• Analyze financial information (e.g. revenues, expenditures and cash management) to ensure all operations are within budget
• Present annual budgets to senior managers
• Review budget requests for approval
• Forecast future budget needs
• Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period
• Suggest spending improvements that increase profits
