Reception - Commercial Leasing Manager

We are looking for two proactive and client-oriented Commercial Leasing Manager to join the Administrative Department at AIFC. This role is essential in supporting the leasing operations of coworking spaces and conference facilities, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the growth of commercial activities within the AIFC Complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer sub-lease agreements for coworking spaces.
• Coordinate daily visitor lists with the security office.
• Welcome guests and respond to inquiries about the AIFC Complex.
• Stay updated on internal communications and developments.
• Coordinate service delivery with cleaning and administrative teams.
• Manage conference room reservations and key control.
• Deliver correspondence and distribute access cards to clients.
• Maintain documentation workflows, including service act records.
• Provide timely responses to guest messages and requests.
• Support internal events such as conferences, meetings, and celebrations.
• Assist with sales support activities, including client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through efficient support.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, International Relations, or Management (Master’s degree is an advantage).
• Certificates in IELTS or TOEFL are preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in property, administration, sales, finance, or related fields.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint.
• Languages: Kazakh, Russian, English.
• Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and customer service orientation.
