Astana Brunch Director- Study Abroad Agency

• An ideal candidate has a work experience in one of the following areas: education management, international education sales and promotion, career counselling, ability and desire to work with schools, children and parents, industry professionals, and other stake holders;

• We are looking for a talented Astana Branch Manager to direct and maintain all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operations.
• You will manage and hold meetings with potential parents & students, cooperate with partner institutions, work closely with partner schools and develop new partnerships through managing meetings and events. Ensure customer service satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate is an open minded person, has hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that are both already in place and newly developed. Able to maintain and increase productivity, enabling sales targets achievements.

Responsibilities

• Direct all operational aspects including customer service, administration and sales;
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities;
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company in Astana and region;
• Adhere to high ethical and business standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable corporate social responsibilities;
• Participate in study abroad fairs, open day events and continuously improve industry knowledge;

Requirements and skills

• Understanding higher education systems of various countries (continuous training to be provided), has an overseas travel experience and study abroad experience;
• Familiarity with education industry’s rules and regulations of various countries (continuous training to be provided);
• Knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices;
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• Leadership and human resources management skills’
• Higher education on bachelors and masters level.
