HR Specialist

international company is looking for an HR specialist. We are considering candidates with at least 1 year of HR experience who are interested in career growth and development.

Обязанности:

• Complete recruitment management:Overseeing the entire hiring process.
• Personnel documentation:Handling the hiring, transferring, and termination of employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and employer regulations.
• Timely communication:Maintaining communication with the service provider representing the organization in personnel services.
• Comprehensive organizational support: Assisting in the hiring and transferring of employees, keeping all relevant personnel informed about changes etc.

• Higher Education;
• Fluency in Kazakh, Russian and English languages;
• Experience in HR from 1 year;
• Energetic, proactive, with a high level of emotional intelligence;
• Ability to learn.

• 5/2 full day 8.00-17.00;

• hybrid schedule after 3 months;

• Salary + annual bonuses.
