We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our HR team. This role requires strong expertise in payroll calculations, labor law compliance, and close collaboration with HR and employees. Key Responsibilities
- Process monthly payroll, vacation pay, sick leave, compensations, and other employee payments.
- Maintain accurate payroll records, including accruals and deductions.
- Prepare pay slips and payroll data for timely salary payments.
- Ensure compliance with labor and payroll legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Consult employees on payroll- and compensation-related matters.
- Support the HR team in payroll aspects of personnel changes.
- Participate in payroll process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll accounting.
- Excellent knowledge of labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Experience in a manufacturing or corporate environment is an advantage.
- Confident user of 1C (Payroll & HR Management, Accounting).
- English is required.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage; training will be provided if needed.
- High attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with confidential information.
