Maildoso is a platform that helps B2B teams quickly validate demand, reach decision-makers, and launch GTM experiments through email-first workflows and partner integrations.
This role is for a builder and experimenter, not a “marketing coordinator.” You will be hands-on: building, launching, testing, and iterating.
• Create and launch simple websites and landing pages (structure + copy)
• Write and improve B2B outbound emails and sequences
• Set up email campaigns, automations, and basic tracking
• Run GTM experiments across different segments and offers
• Strong writing skills: emails, landing pages, clear and concise copy
• Experience launching projects from zero to first results
• Understanding of B2B outbound / cold email
• High autonomy: you build, test, and improve yourself
• Confident use of Excel / Google Sheets (SQL is a plus)
Work is synchronized with US business hours (often the second half of the day). This also overlaps well with eastern Russian time zones (Irkutsk, Krasnoyarsk, Novosibirsk, Vladivostok, etc.).
Ideal if you are located in the US or Latin America.
Europe is also possible if you are in a western time zone (for example, Portugal).
