✨ About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer who combines strong product design skills with deep expertise in building and maintaining a Design System. You will work across mobile and web platforms, shaping user journeys, creating intuitive interfaces, and at the same time owning the structure, quality, and evolution of our multi-platform design system. Your mission is to deliver high-quality product experiences while ensuring consistency, scalability, and visual excellence across the entire product ecosystem.

📝 Responsibilities

Product Design

• Designing end-to-end product experiences: user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI
• Conducting UX reviews and identifying improvement opportunities across onboarding, purchase flows, dashboards, and retention surfaces
• Transforming product hypotheses into clear, testable design concepts
• Collaborating with Product Managers on requirements, scoping, and prioritization
• Working closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation
• Analyzing user feedback and support insights to discover usability issues and hidden user needs
• Creating clear documentation: flows, rationales, component usage, interactions
• Participating in cross-team design reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers

Design System

• Building and maintaining a multi-platform design system (components, patterns, tokens, interactions)
• Auditing the existing library: removing legacy assets, optimizing structure, reducing duplication
• Creating and updating components using best practices (auto-layout, variants, tokens, constraints)
• Defining foundational UI rules: grids, spacing, typography, color, iconography
• Writing and maintaining documentation and usage guidelines for designers and developers
• Collaborating closely with engineers to align DS components with front-end implementation
• Supporting other designers with system usage, ensuring consistency and quality
• Translating new brand identity elements into scalable system components

📩What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer (mobile + web)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and clean visual execution
• At least 1 year of dedicated focus on building or maintaining a Design System (library structure, components, tokens, documentation)
• Deep proficiency in Figma (variants, component properties, variables/tokens, prototyping)
• Understanding of front-end implementation constraints
• Ability to justify design decisions with data, research insights, and business logic
• Fluent Russian (spoken and written)
• Strong communication skills, ownership, and attention to detail
• Intermediate or advanced command of English (B1+)

• Experience with large-scale UI updates or rebranding
• Experience working with design tokens or multi-theme/multi-brand design systems
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines (WCAG, color contrast, interaction states)
• Experience with motion design or advanced prototyping
• Experience conducting lightweight user interviews or usability tests
• Knowledge of analytics and interpreting behavioral data
