Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and strategic partners in the Data Center segment, lead customer engagement activities and act as the primary contact for major accounts and projects.
Drive data center sales projects by acting as a project owner or core team member, coordinating internal and external resources.
Participate in commercial negotiations, contribute to negotiation strategies, and support improvement of contract terms and conditions.
Ensure effective transaction management and support deal closure in alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise sales, preferably in Data Center, Digital Power, ICT infrastructure, or related industries.
Proven experience in sales project operations and management of complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Good understanding of data center solutions, digital infrastructure, or related technology-driven projects is an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Result-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
English language proficiency (working level).
Work Conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
