Lead and execute the company’s sales strategy in the Mining industry, ensuring achievement of assigned business targets.
Develop and implement market expansion strategies within the mining sector, build deep understanding of mining customers’ needs, analyze requirements, and review account and business plans.
Manage and develop relationships with key mining customers and strategic industry accounts. Coordinate organizational resources and ensure effective allocation to high-priority customers and major mining projects.
Oversee standardized account operations, including business planning, customer relationship management, and execution of large-scale projects.
Define business objectives for key mining customers, monitor sales progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure target achievement.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in the ICT industry and/or Mining industry.
Proven experience in enterprise sales, industry sales, or key account management within mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry sectors.
Strong understanding of mining industry customers, large-scale industrial projects, and enterprise solution sales.
Experience working with major mining or industrial clients.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Result-oriented mindset, high level of responsibility, and ability to manage complex projects.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
English language proficiency (interview will be conducted in English).
Work Conditions:
Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
Probation period: 3 months.
Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
