Sales Director – Photovoltaic (Solar PV)

Duties:

  • Identify, develop, and monitor business opportunities for renewable energy and Solar PV projects.
  • Lead sales activities and business development within the photovoltaic (solar) sector, including promotion of renewable energy solutions.
  • Oversee and coordinate all Solar PV sales activities, including project-related sales operations.
  • Build, maintain, and develop long-term relationships with key customers, partners, and business stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior management and support negotiations with customers, partners, and investors.
  • Prepare and review investment materials, business reports, and project documentation.
  • Support due diligence processes by ensuring projects meet technical, commercial, and financing requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the renewable energy (Solar PV) industry or utility-scale project development.
  • At least 5 years of experience in selling renewable energy or Solar PV solutions in the Uzbekistan market.
  • Strong understanding of the photovoltaic industry, including bidding processes, construction models, and key system components.
  • Proven ability to independently lead contract negotiations and close sales deals.
  • Good knowledge of local Solar PV market players, partners, and market operating models.
  • Strong business development, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • English language proficiency (working level).

Work Conditions:

  • Work in the Tashkent office, near Oybek metro station.
  • Working hours: 9: 00-18: 00 (lunch break 12: 30-13: 30).
  • Working days: Monday - Friday (5/7)
  • Days off: Saturday, Sunday.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working language: Russian/English (spoken English proficiency required; the interview will be conducted in English).
