EduTech Solution is a Belarus-based IT company founded in 2019 and a resident of the High-Tech Park. We develop digital platforms, web and backend solutions, and scalable information systems, combining strong EdTech product expertise with solid experience in custom and outsourced software development for international clients.

We work with markets across Western Europe, the Nordics, the Middle East, and the United States, developing both our own products and service-based solutions. Our focus is on engineering quality, sustainable growth, and long-term collaboration with our team.

As we continue to grow our sales direction, we are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / SDR to join our team and support business development by building a consistent and high-quality pipeline of potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture a flow of potential clients via email outreach, social networks, and professional events

  • Create and maintain prospect databases

  • Manage the lead generation process using automated tools

  • Build and maintain productive, long-term relationships with potential clients

  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system

  • Pre-qualify incoming and outbound requests

  • Transfer qualified leads to Sales Managers for further processing

  • Support preparation for sales events, roadshows, and other business development activities

  • Work with social networks: write and share industry-related articles, news, surveys, and demand-generation posts

Requirements:

Must have:

  • Strong motivation to learn and grow in sales and lead generation

  • English level B1–B2 (spoken and written)

  • High attention to detail, persistence, and responsibility

  • Positive attitude toward work, colleagues, and prospects

  • Good communication skills

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of a second foreign language (German, Arabic, or others)

  • Previous experience in sales, pre-sales, or lead generation

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask

  • Interest in new technologies and basic understanding of the IT industry
