We are looking for a Copy & Social Media Specialist with strong copywriting skills to own messaging and social media execution across key B2B channels. This role is focused on writing, adapting, and optimizing copy for social media, outbound communication, and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate understands how to translate product value and customer pain points into clear, engaging, and conversion-driven messaging tailored to specific segments and platforms.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years in SMM, copywriting, or a related role
- Experience with SaaS, tech or AI products
- Proven experience writing B2B social media copy (LinkedIn required)
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and message adaptation
- Experience with:
- Organic SMM
- Copy testing and optimization
- Traffic analytic tools
- Excellent written English
- Ability to write clearly, concisely, and persuasively
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute organic social media activity with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn (B2B)
- Create copy for: social media posts, articles, case studies, blog posts etc.
- Adapt messaging for different audience segments and funnel stages
- Analyze engagement metrics and continuously optimize copy and formats
- Monitor trends and adjust tone, style, and formats accordingly
- Translate product features into clear value propositions
- Maintain consistent brand voice across all written communication
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-teams to help with video scripts development, sales materials, etc.
- Execute social media acitivies according to content plan
