Customer Support Specialist

Our company provides first-line customer support for the iGaming industry, and we’re growing our team in Minsk. We’re looking for people who are fluent in English (B2+ or higher, C1 is a plus), positive, love helping others, can solve problems under pressure, and want to level up their English every single day -and get paid for it!

What you’ll do:

• Chat and email with players (B2C) in English.
• Solve customer issues and find smart solutions.
• Escalate tricky cases to tech teams.
• Follow our communication standards and company policies.

What we expect:

• Excellent English (B2+, C1).
• Confident computer skills, fast-typing.
• Attention to detail, positivity, empathy and a helpful attitude.
