We’re looking for people who are fluent in English (B2+ or higher, C1 is a plus), positive, love helping others, can solve problems under pressure, and want to level up their English every single day — and get paid for it!
What you’ll do:
- Chat and email with players (B2C) in English.
- Solve customer issues and find smart solutions.
- Escalate tricky cases to tech teams.
- Follow our communication standards and company policies.
What we expect:
- Excellent written English (B2+, C1).
- Confident computer skills, fast-typing.
- Attention to detail, positivity, empathy and a helpful attitude.
