The international company W4F is looking for a Remote Sales Manager to join our team and help clients discover the world of trading.

Responsibilities:

• Actively selling the company’s services, including trading education and client support;

• Conducting onboarding training sessions and consulting clients on opening real accounts and investing;

• Holding Zoom video meetings exclusively with warm leads;

• Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales;

• Knowledge of the Russian language;

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (all meetings are held with international clients);

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills;

• Knowledge of financial markets and investments will be an advantage;

• Personal computer with a camera, headset, and stable internet connection;

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;

• Readiness for remote work and strong self-organization skills.

Conditions and Benefits:

• Full-time employment with a 5/2 schedule;

• Fully remote work format — work from anywhere in the world;

• Fixed salary of $700 + sales commissions, monthly bonuses; average monthly income $1,500–$2,500;
